I. General Terms:

• TOS is subject to change at any given point

• The artist can turn down a commission for any reason. If you are unsure of what commission type you want or wish to request a final price, please feel free to send me a message.

II. Payment:

• All payments will be made through Paypal

• The currency is USD only.

• Commission under $250 must be paid in full and upfront, however, depending on the complexity and the cases of the commission, I will be happy to start the sketch first before requesting payment. 

• Payment is available for commissions over $250:

  • 30% must be made upfront (non-refundable) before the commission can start and the rest of the amount will be due after the commission is finished.

• You'll receive a first sketch for review until the final payment is made is when the work be will completed.

III. PROCESS:

• I'll ask for info such as desired poses, expressions, and any other additional stuff during the process!

• Keep in mind that the time for your commission can take up to 3 months depending on many factors such as my *health, complexity, order of commissions, work, school, urgent project, and family issues. *

• Work in progress will be given once the sketch/concept stage has started.

• Client will be asked if they wish to receive an update each time a new progress is made on the commission or wish the commission to be a surprise till the end or close to completion.

• The client may request an update on their commission at any point (no spamming please)

IV. Changes & Revision:

• The amount of changes possible depends on the current progress & stages of the commission.

• Too many revision requests to the commission may result in delays.

• Changes can be requested during the sketching stage of the commission/the artwork looks rough and changeable.

• Once the artwork is close to completion, only minor changes are possible such as character's markings, minor color change, small accessories.

• Any other major changes will incur additional fees (Fees are based on how major the request is. $10 minimum).

• Any other changes after the commission is delivered will also contain additional fees UNLESS the artist overlooks a mistake (such as missing a design from the character) which I will be happy to fix.

Cancelation Policy:

• Commission cancelation is possible when the money has not been sent to the artist.

• The client may request order cancelation if the commission has taken more than 4 months to complete with no new update provided by the artist. Depending on the status of the commission, a partial refund will be made.

• If the artist provides a new update and progress is seen on the commission, cancelation or refund request will be declined.

• If the commission is close to completion or is finished, cancelation & refund request will be refused.

• If the client shows any unwanted behavior such as hostility, harassment, threatening, rushing, etc. the artist has the right to cancel their order based on the factor with partial refund depending on commission status.

• If the client frequently requests changes on their commission especially when the work is close to finishing, the artist has the right to cancel the order with a partial refund depending on the commission status.

• If a chargeback has been filed against the artist, you will be blocked and forbidden to commission in the future again. If the issue becomes unresolved, the name of the commissioner will be publicly shared on the artist's social media for others to be wary of. The artist has every right to file a complaint and the money you've given.

V. Copyright/Usage Policy | DO & DON'T

(Specifically for non-commercial use project):

• ✔️ Repost the artwork with full credit to the artist ("FelixSpiritDragon")

• ✔️ Print the artwork, frame, etc.

• ✔️ Use it for personal use/non-commercial use.

• ✔️ Add values of the art to your character.

• ✔️ You may edit your commission yourself after completion

• ✔️ You are allowed to get a tattoo of the artwork

• ❌ Generate income from the commissioned artwork.

• ❌ Resell the artwork for a higher price

• ❌ Turn the artist's work into an NFT

• ❌ Claim or promote that you created the artworkUNLESS the client specifically commissions the artist for their commercial use project, the usage policy is different. (WIP)
